Product Describtion
BR001 is a mold release agent suitable for production of impregnated paper with low pressure and short lead time. It is used in urea formaldehyde (UF)resin and melamine formaldehyde(MF) resin.
Product Performance
Good mold releasability, low foamability and good dispersing property. Accompanied with our foamless penetrating agent, flowability of resin is improved, reduce the stripe and powder on the surface is reduced.
Good mold releasability results from high temperature resistance and fast detach from the resin, the medal template is clean after long work. Without frequent cleaning efficiency is improved.
BR001 is easy to use, nontoxic and easy to disperse. Even some UF resin seeps to surface, mould releasing can still process, to achieve perfect impregnation effect.
Product Application
Can be used in urea - formaldehyde resin and melamine - formaldehyde resin, as well as modified amino resin and other water-soluble resin. Usually in 0.1 - 0.2% on weight of liquid resin content, if the base paper permeability poor or gluing ability is insufficient, and largest amount to 0.4%.
Note: wetting agent should add before curing agent, and then test the curing time.
Leak handling
This product is a non-flammable and explosive industrial grade chemical product and cannot be used in any food and medicine.
When the product leaks, it is recommended that the operator wear a dust mask, wear a gas-proof suit, and do not touch the leaked material. When a small amount of leakage occurs, rinse and dilute with a large amount of water. When a large amount of leakage occurs, it should be covered with plastic sheet, and then collected and recycled.
