Description:
FENTENG BR001 is a high active defoamer, cost-effective, high-efficiency mold release agent. It is suitable for urea-formaldehyde resins and melamine-formaldehyde resins.
In order to improve the stain resistance of the impregnated paper, increase the surface brightness or super-matte effect, it is recommended that this product be used with FENTENG-wetting agent and FENTENG anti-dust agent.
Applications:
The recommended dosage of this product is 0.2%-0.3% of the weight of the resin. The specific dosage is adjusted by the customer according to the pressing process of the decorative paper. Increasing the dosage has a promoting effect on the rapid output of the laminated board.
