Description:
FENTENGAW 20 is a special additive, mainly used to improve the scratch resistance and abrasion resistance of the surface of the board, and can be used in the production of decorative paper in a variety of processes.
The scratch resistance of anti-wear agent is mainly AL2O3.The disadvantage of adding AL2O3 directly to the resin is that AL2O3 is easy to bond together and cannot be dispersed, resulting in white spots on the surface of the decorative paper. Large particles of AL2O3 are easy to damage the equipment, and small particles of AL2O3 cannot guarantee scratch resistance.
After many tests, FENTENG AW20 has developed the best scratch-resistant and abrasion-resistant formula. After AW20 is added to the resin, the equipment is prevented from being damaged, and the AL2O3 can be evenly dispersed, ensuring the quality of decorative paper and improving Improved scratch resistance.
Operational procedure
- Should avoid stored in extremely high temperature. Store in the extremely high temperature for a long time without the sealed lip, the water may evaporate slowly and cause the product concentration increase, in the condition of contacting strong oxide may cause burning, fire and fume.
Suitable container
- Container made of polyethylene or polypropylene.
- Pack according to method recommended by manufacturer.
- Check all containers to ensure clearly remarked and without leakage.
Condition to avoid
Avoid contact with strong acid. Avoid react with strong oxide
