Swine Farm Piggery Equipment Auomatic Disc-Chain Feeding System

For Feeding system: Piggery farm automatic feeding includes disc-chain transportation conveying and auger conveying type.

It including: silo, auger/ disc-chain, PVC pipe/ galvanized pipe, corner, main driving device/ motor, feed dispenser/ cylinder, feed pipe, hanging&support part, fixing part.

1, Automatic feeding system - Silo

Different capacity from 2.5tons to 30tons meet different farm require.

Small capacity feed box supplied too.

Material are galvanized have prefect performance.

2, Automatic feeding system - Disc-chain conveying

Material of disc is fiberglass nylon, same material with corner and chain wheel, reduce frication. Disc diameter is 45mm.

3, Automatic feeding system - Auger conveying

We adopt high quality flex auger which imported from South Africa, high strengthen and long service time.

Diameter of auger is 60mm.

4, Automatic feeding system - Main driving device

Outer box material is galvanized which can be installed outdoor or indoor.

High quality drive motor.

Chain wheel material is fiberglass nylon.

5, Automatic feeding system - 90°corner

Corner shell material is polycarbonate, inside material is fiberglass nylon.

6, Automatic feeding system - Feed dispensor/ cylinder

Material is polycarbonate, has high shock resistance, good performance.
