Nylon bonded sewing thread is a bonded nylon thread made from pre-stabilized continuous filament nylon 6.6,through special
processto bonded while twisting the fiber, then sticking and finalizing all fiber together like one, while sewing, the bonded thread
doesnot disentwine, not cottony, high resistance to abrasion.
The high tenacity nylon allows for outstanding strength and durability. Its unique bond chemistry and proprietary coating
technology produces a strong and supple thread with no ply untwisting, no flaking and no 'sewn in' color change.
Denier of 150D to 1260D, with Elongation % Min-Max:15-25. 80% no knot and 20% one knot.
