Core spun polyester sewing thread is made of special type of high tenacity polyester filament and polyester staple by unique spinning processes. It is featured by core evenness and natural touch, whose strength is 15-20% higher than other polyester threads of the same specification. It is preferred thread for top grade garments. It is featured by excellent resistance to short term wet exposure, excellent strength, super high tenacity super low elongation, super high tenacity super low elongation, excellent anti-static&anti-corrosiveness unique feature of no break knots.
Core spun thread is generally used for the high-speed sewing of many garment types, especially those requiring high seam strength.
