        A:we are using 100% copper for AC and DC motor.

Q3: How about the LED?

        A:The Led light which we are using all have CE, CB or ETL certificate, 3 CCT, also have selction for memory and dimmer.

Q4: What's kind of packing for your products?

        A:we are using 5 ply strong export carton, inside have 2 ply polyform. our packing can pass drop test.

Q5: How about your MOQ?

        A:Normal MOQ is 50pcs.

Q6: How about your delivery time?

        A:The delivery time for RTS models only take 10 days. OEM order take 30~35 days.

Q7: About retail one-piece distribution and distribution, what is the process?

         A:We have a warehouse on USA, just place order from us, We will deliver the goods within 2 working days

Q8: How about your warranty for the products and how about your after-sale service?

        A:Free after-sale service. We provide 15 years warranty for motor, LED and remote control have 2 years, if you have any quality problem, just send us the picture and video, we can send you spare parts for free.
