Stainless steel sandblasting plate is usually called sandblasting stainless steel plate, frosted stainless steel plate. The surface presents fine sand-like particles. In low-light areas, the surface feels matte, while in better-lit areas, the surface looks glossy.
Sandblasting is also called shot peening. 3. Stress relief and surface strengthening
By hitting the stainless steel surface with sand shot, the stress is relieved and the strength of the stainless steel surface is increased.
After the stainless steel sandblasted plate is titanium-plated, it can be made into a variety of colors. Common ones are champagne gold stainless steel sandblasting plate, rose gold stainless steel sandblasting plate, black titanium stainless steel sandblasting plate, gray steel sandblasting stainless steel plate and so on.
The stainless steel sandblasted plate can also be treated with anti-fingerprint. The anti-fingerprint treated stainless steel sandblasted plate does not leave fingerprints even when touched by hand and is very easy to clean.
