440C steel is a martensitic stainless steel.
Carbon content 1.0%, chromium content 16-18%.
Strong rust resistance, is high - quality stainless steel.
Scope of application: mainly used for manufacturing bearing parts in corrosive environment and strong oxidation atmosphere without lubrication.
The 440C has good dimensional stability at high temperature, so it can also be used as corrosion-resistant high temperature bearing steel.
In addition, it can also be used to make high-quality knives, such as surgical knives, scissors, nozzles, bearings and so on.
