Team Source Display LCD module: TST024QVHI-23 is a normally Black TFT’s (Thin Film Transistors) Liquid Crystal Display module with LED Backlight unit MCU interface. This module All viewing angel supports 240x320 mode. The Operating Temperature is -20℃~70℃, logic voltage is 3.3V, Driver IC is ILI9341C. The LED converter for Backlight is built in control board.
