TSM1602-20B is a transflective STN mono display with 12 pins. This monochrome LCD is 16x2 dot resolution, and the drive IC is AIP36022. This graphic display is COB, means chip is putting on PCB board. This LCD display have backlight, you can choose from blue, yellow, white, different backlight have different display effects.
