The 3M9448 Membrane Key Pad is a professional-grade digital overlay featuring silkscreen printing technology. This membrane switch system integrates key functions, indicating components, and instrument panels into a unified electronic key operating solution.
Engineered with rigorous construction and excellent airtightness, this membrane switch offers superior moisture resistance and extended service life exceeding 1,000,000 cycles for tactile types and 5,000,000 cycles for flat types.
Comprising six integrated layers: panel, sandwich glue, upper circuit, isolation layer, lower circuit, and back adhesive. When pressed, the upper circuit contact deforms downward to connect with the lower circuit pole plate, triggering electrical signals upon contact and breaking the circuit when released.
