Equipment advantages
Equipped with 24KW servo motor to ensure the smooth running of traction. The lower straightening wheels are all powered, not easy to slip, and more precise in size. The traction wheels and straightening wheels are made of forged alloy tool steel, which is resistant to wear and impact.
The split thick blade design is bolted to the blade seat, and the thickness reaches 40mm. It is quick to replace and easy to maintain, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the equipment.
The air compressor adopts the well-known brand Airtac from Taiwan to ensure the service life. The air compressor adopts the 7.5KW red five-ring high-power, large-tank air compressor to ensure the stable and sufficient air source of the equipment.
The standard 9-meter slab bar material rack meets the requirements of special slab bar production. At the same time, it adopts a multi-stroke return device to process more graphics.
