Product Introduction
1095 high carbon steel is the most widely used 10 series steel. Carbon content: 0.95%-1.03%. After heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRc57-60, and the toughness is very good, but it is not rust-resistant. For knives, 1095 is a very "standard" carbon steel with good performance and low cost, with appropriate toughness and polish. It is mostly used in traditional European hunting knives, large felling knives and military knives.
