Color coated roll is on the basis of hot galvanized plate, hot galvanized aluminum zinc plate, galvanized plate, after surface pretreatment, on the surface coated with a layer or several layers of organic coating, and then after baking curing products. In addition to the zinc layer protection, the organic coating on the zinc layer also plays a role of covering and protection, which can prevent the rust of the steel belt, and its service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of the galvanized belt.
