Product Specification

Second to do a visual inspection, drawn from every batch of 5% steel bar,check its surface can not have crack, trauma, and laminated, bump on the surface of the steel bar shall not exceed the height of the cross rib, the depth of the defect and height shall not be allowed and the deviation is greater than their positions, every meter bending steel should not be greater than 4 mm;
The mechanical properties test, each batch if less than 60 tons 2 root extract, each intercepted two, stretching and cold bending test respectively.
Reinforcement in the interception of specimen should be removed at both ends, 100-500 mm, the interception of specimen greater than 60 tons still need to take corresponding reinforcement.
If the results of a test does not conform to the requirements, the other from the same take double the amount of the specimens shall be tested.
If there is still a sample of the batch of unqualified, reinforced brittle fracture occurred in the manufacturing process of the hot rolled steel, welding performance significantly abnormal phenomena, such as bad or mechanical properties should carry on the chemical composition analysis and other special inspection.
