Cold extruded, carburized hardened steel. The steel belongs to low carbon steel, the steel has low strength, good toughness, plasticity and weldability. Yield strength ≥245MPa, tensile strength ≥402MPa, elongation ≥28%. Normalizing can promote spheroidization, refine large block pre-eutectoid ferrite, and improve the cutting performance of blank less than 160HBS.
