This polyurethane adhesive is extensively used in automotive manufacturing for bonding honeycomb panels, corrugated boards, and composite materials. It's ideal for aluminum honeycomb panels, polystyrene foam panels, fiberglass panels, stone composite panels, and various metal plates in vehicle construction.
Apply at 0.35-0.5kg per square meter. Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and free from grease or contaminants. For optimal results, grind bonded surfaces and avoid water during application. Mixed adhesive should be used within 35 minutes for best performance.
Store at room temperature (recommended 25°C) and protect from freezing. Standard packaging includes 25kg for Component A and 5kg for Component B. Product has 12-month shelf life in original packaging.
