This fully automated honeycomb manufacturing equipment integrates adhesion, expansion, cutting, and transportation processes into a seamless production line for aluminum honeycomb core materials.
The machine applies adhesive layers to honeycomb slices, aligns them precisely on the working platform, and bonds them together through controlled pressure application and lateral movement sequences.
After adhesion, material passes through carrier and squeezing rollers to expanding rollers. Dual expanding rollers with adjustable motor speeds ensure optimal cell size and expansion quality control.
Expanded honeycomb slices move to the horizontal cutting area where programmable length measurement and cutting operations are performed according to user-defined dimensions.
Automated transportation with length measurement ensures precise core output and seamless integration with downstream processing equipment.
