**For defect features such as black spots and bubbles, the gray value contrast difference corresponding to the detection index must be greater than 30 (it can be understood as: put the sample at an arm’s length, about 30cm or more, and the defect features can be seen visually), which can be effectively detection. If the sample has transparent oil stains or light-colored black spots, and the gray value contrast difference is low (less than 30), the detection effect cannot be achieved. Due to the different complexity of the structural features of different products, in actual application, there will be a certain detection blind spot in the structural overlapping area of the plane lens imaging, and the image acquisition cannot reach the range of this blind spot, so it cannot effective detection.
Inspection principle
The PET bottle inspection equipment is equipped with a total of 10 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the geometric dimensions and appearance defects of key points such as the bottle mouth, bottle bottom, and bottle body of PET bottles.The inspection speed is 300 pieces/minute, and the equipment can operate 7*24 hours a day. Unqualified products can be automatically removed online.
Mechanical part

- The overall logic control of the system is realized by a high-speed FPGA chip, and its specific functions include:
- Trigger the camera to take pictures

- Trigger the solenoid valve cylinder to remove waste products flexibly

The software is the general control platform of the equipment, and its specific functions are as follows:
- Enable and disable the system detection function.
- Adjustment of detection index parameters and accuracy.
- Template sampling and storage, sample detection information storage and recall.
- Camera screen calibration function.
- Real-time production information (pass rate, total output, speed, etc.) display of the system, historical production information browsing
- Browse, export and save functions.
- Permission management according to the login account (for example, general operation users disable parameter adjustment permissions).
- The operation and adjustment of the mechanical parts of the system (such as: opening of the transmission device, adjustment of the air injection time of the air valve,
- alarm signal adjustment).
