Overview of inspection

After the regular sampling inspection, the product will be sent to the inspection station inside our inspection machine for sequential inspection through the conveying line in a stable and orderly manner. After processing by the image processing software and AI detection algorithm, the report output will be made on the size of the key parts that need to output data. 

The overall equipment integrates mechanical mechanism, visual optical hardware and detection system software. The equipment adopts a highly integrated detection and calculation module, which has the characteristics of compact space, convenient installation and deployment, accurate and fast detection, simple operation and easy use. It can be freely matched and installed at any position of the assembly line for detection to ensure product quality.

Inspection principle

Our company's design scheme adopts 5 sets of high-pixel area array industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources, and comprehensively detects the size of cans. The design detection speed of the whole set of detection equipment is 5 pieces per minute, and the equipment can realize 7*24 hours all-weather run.

Application of camera

1. The first station: Arrange a set of industrial cameras on the top of the tank mouth, cooperate with the use of visual light sources, collect the images of the inner and outer diameters of the tank mouth, ellipticity, and thread top diameter for analysis and processing.
2. The second station: arrange 2 sets of industrial cameras at opposite angles on the side of the tank mouth, cooperate with the use of visual light sources, collect the slope height of the tank mouth, and the image of the unevenness of the tank mouth surface for analysis and processing; The distance, measured by an algorithm.

The third station: Arrange a set of industrial cameras on the middle and upper part of the side of the tank mouth, and cooperate with the use of visual light sources to collect the images of the upper part of the tank - 210 height, the middle part of the tank body - 170 height above, and the middle part of the tank body - 125 height images for analysis and processing .
2. The fourth station: Arrange a set of industrial cameras at the middle and lower part of the side of the tank mouth, and cooperate with the use of visual light sources to collect the images of the middle section of the tank body - lower 80 heights and the lower part of the tank body - 50 heights for analysis and processing
