Inspection Principle

This plan is target on 130~155ml round medicine bottles, and the samples covered can be: plastic bottles of various specifications, and judge whether they are compatible according to the actual situation of the products. For incompatible products and different testing needs, we will customize the solution individually. Determine the number of cameras used and the corresponding mechanical structure according to the demands of the testing.

The whole inspection system includes mechanical structure parts, visual electronic hardware and AI inspection system software, defects rejection device and counting device. The entrance and exit of the detection system can be integrated according to the customer's on-site conveyor line. The equipment can realize 7*24 hours of operation, which greatly improves production efficiency.

Inspection Content

The pharma bottle inspection system is equipped with 6 sets of industrial cameras to inspection the areas such as the bottle lip, bottle body, and outside of bottle base. Considering the compatibility of the bottle, the mechanical structure adopts screw adjustment, and manual assistance is required to adjust the camera aperture when necessary. The front end of the detection system can be equipped with a bottle unscrambler, and the back end can be connected with a packer (bottle unscrambler and packer are purchased by the customer, or can be purchased by our company).

• The software is the core control platform of the equipment, and its specific functions are as follows:
• Turn on and turn off the inspection function
• Test index parameters, precision adjustment.
• Template sampling and storage, sample detection information storage and recall.
• Calibrate camera picture function.
• System real-time production information (qualified rate, total output, speed, etc.) display, historical production information browsing, export and storage functions.
• Perform authority management according to the login account (for example, the general operation user disables the parameter adjustment authority)
• Operation and adjustment of the mechanical part of the system (such as: opening the transmission device, adjusting the air valve injection time, and adjusting the alarm signal).
