Detection Principle

(1)KEYE TECH has developed a capacitance detector with a double valve rejection device for the first time in the industry. The rejection system composed of double air valves can complete the rejection command more perfectly, greatly reduce the false and missed detection rate during the capacitor external inspection process, and further satisfy the customers' pursuit of product quality.

(2)Transmitted the shooting high-pixel sample image to image processing software by industrial camera, detecting and

determining a good product and defective product via AI manually intelligent algorithm.

(3)AI artificial intelligence algorithm to determine the pros and cons of products, to achieve automated production lines

Hardware Part:1)Trigger the light source strobe;2)Trigger the camera to take a photo;3)Trigger the solenoid valve to jet off waste products;4)Control the belt speed;5)Emergency treatment for system jams or similar situation.
