Inspection Theory
The product is stably and orderly transmitted to the KEYE vision inspection machine, and the high pixel sample images captured are transmitted to image processing software through customized LED light sources and HD industrial cameras. Based on big data, AI algorithms are analyzed and compared, and the system automatically determines defective and good products. The corresponding pneumatic components are controlled to eliminate defective products online, and the good products are counted and boxed to complete product inspection.

Delivery Time
The production cycle of the whole machine is expected to take 9-10 weeks. If additional inspection requirements are added or more adjustment needed, the time will be appropriately extended accordingly. After the equipment arrives at the customer's site, our company arranges after-sales personnel to complete installation and adjustment at the customer's site.
After Sales Service
The seller should complete the creation and debugging of the product basic algorithm model before the equipment is shipped, also provide remote assistance after the equipment arrives at the customer site; and provide buyer with the factory data and operation manual of equipment.
Daily operation and maintenance services: Our company provides free remote operation and maintenance online services. If you need to upgrade inspection algorithm, provide operational assistance, etc.
Our company have regular offline training plan every year, so domestic and foreign clients can send their engineers to participate (at their own expense). Those who pass the exam can obtain an industry functional skills certificate.

The above solutions is strictly based on the customer's existing sample styles and defect types and is confirmed on the basis of our optical testing, algorithm and mechanical evaluation. If there are new products and defect requirements in the future, please be sure to provide us before the production date of the order (the date of receipt of the advance payment) so that the technical team can do second evaluation & confirmation. Once the order is produced, the whole inspection plan will not be modified.
