【Intended Use】

For the quantitative determination of mALB in urine.

【Test principle】

The kit consists of reaction buffer (R1 solution) and latex suspension (R2 solution) of anti-ALB antibody. The method of latex enhancing immune transmission turbidity is used. When the target substance exists, immune complexes are formed between the antigen and the antibody, which produce the change of incident light signal under the enhanced amplification of the latex. On this basis, mALB in urine samples is quantitatively detected.

【Reagent storage and validity】

1. The kit should be stored at 2-8℃,and shouldn’t be frozen.
