【 Test principle】
The kit uses latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay to directly determine the percentage of HbA1c in total Hb. After the total Hb and HbA1c in whole blood are combined with latex particles, HbA1c combines with specific anti human HbA1c monoclonal antibody to produce antigen antibody reaction and form latex HbA1c anti human HbA1c antibody complex. The immune complex forms aggregation amplification and produces light signal changes due to anti antibody. On this basis, the percentage of glycosylated hemoglobin in the whole blood of the sample was quantitatively detected
