A: Normally, we supply 32”, 43”, 49”, 55” and 65”. If customers need others size, we also supply such as 21.5”, 75” 86”.

2.Q: Is this model can make touch screen?

A: Yes, normally we have 3 kinds of touch for options, IR touch, capacitive touch and touch foil.

3.Q: May I know the thickness of it? I want it very slim?

A: The thickness we can supply from 2.1cm to 3.0cm depends on what touch you choosing.

4.Q: If the customized do you support?

A: Yes, we can do OEM and ODM. we supplied different customized service for customers, such as the color, camera, wheel, printer, card reader and so on.

5.Q: Which OS do you supply?

A: Windows and Android. The Version depending on customers’ need.

6.Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: Normally about 5-15 working days for standard version. If customized product, need about 15-20 working days.

7.Q:How about the warranty?

A: We supply 1-year free warranty. If customer need longer warranty period, can extend 2 years or 3 years.

8.Q: What is the MOQ?
