Description:

The TPS737xx series Linear Low Voltage drop (LDO) regulators use an NMOS bypass element in the voltage follower configuration. The topology is relatively less sensitive to the output capacitance value and equivalent series resistance (ESR), enabling a variety of load configurations. The load transient response is excellent, even when paired with a small ceramic output capacitor of 1μF. The NMOS topology can also achieve ultra-low voltage drop
