Q1. Can I have a sample order ?
A: It depends on the product. For reagents, we provide free samples and buyer only need to pay for the shipping cost.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Genrally it will takes 3-5 days to arrange the shipment. For larger quantity, it might takes longer.
Q3. Can we put our logo on packages and products?If yes ,what you need from us?
A:Yes,we support OEM.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. You can also select your own shipping agent.
