Product Introduction:
The test is designed to detect mutations in the SARS-CoV-2 RNA and SARS-CoV-2 S gene in samples such as nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swabs collected from individual persons according to clinical and/or epidemiological criteria specimen. This kit uses real-time PCR fluorescence technology to detect the types of nucleic acid samples from patients with convective symptoms, patients with severe pneumonia and patients with covid-19: oral swabs, nasal swabs, and anal swabs.
Preservation and delivery of samples
Test samples should be stored under the following conditions: 2-8°C for no more than 24 hours, -20°C for no more than 1 month, and -70°C for long-term storage. And should avoid repeated freezing and thawing (freezing and thawing no more than 3 times). Ice transfer boxes are used for specimen transportation.
