Product introduction:
Nucleic Acid Releaser (For PCR) (Extraction free) is a complete test in a single vial.The user would simply add the patient’s sample, and run the test on a validated real-time PCR instrument. It is is a breakthrough in COVID-19 RT-PCR testing. Direct addition of patient sampleswithout any pre-processing or extraction significantly shortens the results turnaround time.
Test Method:
1>. After sampling, put the swab sample into a nucleic acid release reagent, mix for 10 times, and break the sampling rod. After 5 minutes it can be used for PCR.
2>. Take 5μL into PCR reaction system as amplification template, mix well and run the amplification program.
