It is is a breakthrough in COVID-19 RT-PCR testing. Direct addition of patient sampleswithout any pre-processing or extraction significantly shortens the results turnaround time.
Note:
no more than 20% volume of PCR reaction reagent of supernatant was added into the PCR reaction system as template, and the PCR reaction mixture should be prepared according to the corresponding Instructions of the amplification reagent.
