Product introduction:
Nucleic Acid Releaser (For PCR) (Extraction free) is a complete test in a single vial.The user would simply add the patient’s sample, and run the test on a validated real-time PCR instrument. It is is a breakthrough in COVID-19 RT-PCR testing. Direct addition of patient sampleswithout any pre-processing or extraction significantly shortens the results turnaround time.
Intended Use :
It is used to release the nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) from biological samples. The treated samples are used for clinical in vitro detection. It is suitable for Novel Coronavirus, influenza virus (common influenza, highly pathogenic avian influenza, influenza a H1N1 virus, etc.), hand foot and mouth virus and other types of viruses.
Test Principle:
Protein denaturing agents and biochemical reagents are used to quickly destroy protein structures and releaser nucleic acids from the swab samples, and can be directly used for PCR or isothermal amplification detection.
Due to the removal of nucleic acid extraction step, the operation workload can be greatly reduced and the detection efficiency can be improved. At the same time, it can effectively avoid the degradation and loss of nucleic acid in the nucleic acid extraction step, thus reducing the missed detection rate, especially improving the detection rate of low concentration samples.
