Product Introduction:
This kit is based on the principle of highly specifific antibody-antigen reaction and colloidal gold labeling immunochromatographic analysis technology.
Test Process:
Step1:Dispense all of the buffer into the extraction tube.
Step2:Insert the nasopharyngeal swab only 2cm into the nostril and rotate the swab 5 times .
Step3:Put the nasopharyngeal swab into the extraction tube.Roll the swab at least 6 times .
Step4:Close the extraction tube cap.
Step5:Add 2 drops onto the cassette and wait 5 minutes for the result
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS:
The Coronavirus Ag Rapid Test Cassette (Swab) has been evaluated with specimens obtained from patients. A commercialized molecular assay was used as the reference method. The results show that the COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit has a high overall relative accuracy. According to the clinical trial protocol, we included 300 samples, which included 121 COVID-19 positive and 179 COVID-19 negative results confifirmed by clinical diagnosis judgement.
