Principle:
Mix the sample with lysis solution in the kit and placed in the instrument together with the ( stirrer) and other reagents kit. The stirrer is automatically loaded by the instrument to transfer the magnetic beads in each reagent for nucleic acid lysis, washing and elution. Finally, nucleic acid products are obtained and nucleic acid extraction is completed.
