Singu48 Nucleic Acid Extractor is an in vitro diagnostic device that are used with relative reagents to extract and purify nucleic acid from samples for nucleic acid detection.
Principle:
Mix the sample with lysis solution in the kit and placed in the instrument together with the stirrer and other reagents kit. The stirrer (magnetic rod sleeve) is automatically moved by the instrument to transfer the magnetic beads in each reagent for nucleic acid lysis, washing and elution. Finally, nucleic acid products are obtained and nucleic acid extraction is completed.
