How to use feed pellet machine?
1. Before using the feed pellet processing machine, carefully check whether the screws of each part of the equipment are tightened.
2. Before starting the motor, loosen the adjusting screws at both ends of the pressure roller and observe whether the transmission mode of the machine is consistent with the marking.
3. The moisture content of feed ingredients should be around 15%. Too high or too low moisture content will affect the yield and quality of pellets.
4. Hard impurities should be removed from feed raw materials to avoid damage to the machine.
5. The feeding must be stopped before shutdown. After the material in the granulation chamber is processed, add oily material and press it into the template hole.Keep the inside of the hole smooth to avoid clogging in the next use.
