Ring die pellet mill is specially designed for mass industrial production of animal feed pellets . The raw materials are easy to obtain, like corn/wheat/soybean . The final pellets can be used for feed pellets and Cat litter particles.
Application: for making cattle, geese, pig, duck, chicken, sheep, rabbit, and other animals, livestock and poultry feed. You can make 2-8 mm diameter animal feed pellets. Such as 2-4mm diameter chick feed pellets and pig feed pellets.2-5mm rabbit feed pellet, 4-8mm cattle or sheep feed pellets.

Function of each part:
1) Feeder: feeding raw material into the conditioner.
2) Conditioner: the feed raw material are ripened and sterilized due to the vapour steam. which can improve the digestibility of the feed, promote the absorption, increase the feed meat ratio and reduce the production cost.
3) Vapour steam inlet: connection with steam boiler.
4) Pellet making: ring die and press roller inside work together to make the raw material into pellet pellet.
5) Main motor: driving the pellet making system.
