Processing:
1. Raw material cleaner

2. Hammer mill
After cleaning the system, the clean material will flow to the hammer mill for crushing the material into very small sizes ready for mixing.
3. Batching scale
The batching scale is controlled by computer PLC to ensure the high precision of the formula. The load cell is made in Japan with high precision.
4. Granulator
Granulators are used to compress powdered materials into granules. It is the core of the feed pellet factory. We have different types of pellet mills to choose from
5. Cooler
The cooler is used to cool the hot pellets, bringing the high temperature down to room temperature. Make sure there are no cracks on the surface of the feed pellets
6. Packaging machine
The pouch packaging machine adopts PLC control, which integrates automatic weighing, filling and conveying. low energy ,high precision, 15-50kg/bag as needed.
Application:
This machine can make pellets of poultry, cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, etc.
For making cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits and other animals, livestock and poultry feed. Such as 2-4mm diameter chick feed pellets and pig feed pellets. 2-5mm rabbit feed pellets, 4-8mm cattle or sheep feed pellets. Note: The final particle length can be adjusted.
