The vacuum pump is mainly composed of a pump body, a rotor, a blade, an air inlet and an air outlet. Taking a single-blade vacuum pump as an example, the driving torque rotates the rotor through the engine camshaft and the vacuum pump connector, and then drives the plastic single blade to rotate along the contour of the vacuum pump cavity at the eccentric position of the cavity. In Figure 4, the upper side of the single blade is divided into two chambers, and the left side is the vacuum chamber. As the single blade rotates, the volume of the chamber becomes larger and larger. Thus, the vacuum degree is generated, and the vacuum booster is increased through the air inlet of the one-way valve connected to the vacuum booster. The right chamber is a compression chamber. As the single blade rotates, the volume of the cavity becomes smaller and smaller, so that the lubricating oil and air pumped from the vacuum booster are compressed into the engine. The lubricating oil from the engine enters from the center of the rotor, lubricates the vacuum pump cavity and corresponding components, and acts as a seal between the floating terminal on the single blade and the contour of the cavity.
