Vacuum skin packaging is mainly composed of a substrate tray and a plastic cover film
The process of body packaging is as follows: the packaged product is placed in the tray, and the special body-fit plastic cover film covering the product is closely attached to the surface of the product under the action of heating and vacuuming, and is sealed with the substrate tray.
High barrier vacuum packing with thermoforming skin film is to seal the product between transparent film and tray under vacuum condition. It can keep the color, fragrance and freshness of the product, and has the dual effect of good close-fitting packaging three-dimensional display and vacuum preservation protection. Its characteristics are as follows:
(1) Fully sealed vacuum packaging can keep the natural freshness, fragrance, color and juice taste of the product.
(2) High barrier vacuum packing, can block oxygen, inhibit the reproduction of bacteria in low temperature environment, keep fresh longer and protect the natural color of products.
(3) It can prevent the production of ice crystals during refrigeration and prevent the surface of the product from drying and cracking due to freezing burn.
Skin film packaging can be widely used in fresh meat, seafood, fruits and vegetables and other products.

Usage: Highly versatile,suitable for multiple applications,such as frozen food, organic food, soup, pre-cooked meals packaging, etc.
