One side smooth, one side textured. Special textured surface, easily channels the air out of the bag and away from your food, clear side helps you identify your food.

· Save, convenient, follow food safety guidelines, FBG & FDA approved food grade, non-toxic plastic, BPA Free. Can be Microwaved (pls open the bag before put into a microwave), frozen, washed, boiled.

· Suitable for most of the home style vacuum machines, these textured vacuum bags are able to withstand constant temperature up to 100° C for hours, they are also very suitable for sous vide applications.

Blowing film (Blow Membrane) is a plastic processing method, which refers to a plastic processing process in which plastic particles are heated and melted and then blown into a film. Usually, the polymer is extruded into a tubular film blank. In the state, the tube film is blown to the required thickness by high-pressure air, and becomes a film after cooling and shaping.

Most PEs are used for blown film processing, general low density PE (LDPE) or linear low density PE (LLDPE) are available. HDPE film grades are generally used where superior stretchability and excellent barrier properties are required. For example, HDPE films are commonly used used in merchandise bags, grocery bags and food packaging. PE film processing generally uses ordinary blown film processing or flat extrusion processing.

The main advantages of blown film are:

1. The whole film is formed in one unit production;

2. The width and thickness of the film can be effectively adjusted;

3. The extrusion temperature is uniform, which avoids the unstable quality of the film edge;

4. It can be stretched in both directions, and the mechanical properties of the obtained film are uniform;

5. It can be used to manufacture co-extruded multilayer films.
