High-Cycle Tested Bus Air Bellow with Crimped Steel End Plate and Dual Valves for Transit Shuttle Fleet
The YITAO 8874 bus air bellow is validated for high-cycle transit duty, replacing Firestone W01-358-8874 (bellow 1T15L4) and Automann AB1DK23K-8874. Where a highway truck air spring cycles a few thousand times a year, a city bus air spring absorbs tens of thousands of load events—every stop, every passenger, every curb. The 8874 is engineered for exactly that punishment.
Multi-ply fabric-reinforced rubber carcass resists flex fatigue and ozone cracking across a -40°C to +70°C operating window. The crimped steel end plate forms a permanent airtight seal, while precision-positioned air inlet valves ensure balanced inflation. Each unit is pressure-tested before packing.
- High-cycle rubber compound for transit service life
- Crimped end plate—no leak paths, no retorquing
- Wide temperature tolerance for all climates
- Direct fit for Firestone W01-358-8874 applications
- 100% pressure tested
