What is Flow Forming Wheel

While rotating, pressure is applied to the side to lengthen and thin the aluminum alloy embryo. Due to the re molding of the aluminum alloy under high pressure, the density of the aluminum alloy during processing can be improved and the internal crystal structure of the aluminum alloy can be closer. In this regard, it is pressed under high pressure compared with "forging", The method and principle of improving metal density are the same. Because the metal material is stronger, the strength demand can be met with a lighter and thinner rim body.
