Q: What is the turnaround time on my order?
A: Our current production times are an estimated average of 10 - 30 business days depending on

packaging type, order size, and the time of the year. Having greater customization with more additional

processes on your custom packaging generally yields slightly longer production times.

Important considerations:
Shipping time is not included in the listed turnaround times.
Large orders may require a longer production time (especially rigid boxes).
Production turnaround starts when your final proof has been approved and submitted.

Q: Can I get a sample of your custom cosmetic packaging box?

A: We can send a sample of recent orders we produced to you for checking the quality, you only need

     to pay the freight cost.

Q: How to customize a packaging box for my cosmetic product?

A: 1. Pls send us the detailed measurements of your product (length, width, height), or send a sample to us;

     2. We make a template file based on your product size;

     3. You put your design / artwork on our template or we make a design for you;

     4. We make a sample based on your artwork and send it to you for approval;

     5. Start bulk production after get your confirmation on sample.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for customized cosmetic packaging boxes?

A: The minimum order quantity for bulk order is 1000pcs.

     We can make a sample in your customized design for your approval before you place bulk order.
