2. How to customize my requirement ?

Inquiry -- sending us your requirement ( layout, designs, etc ) -- choosing designs you like and offering you proposals of each area of your project -- 3d rendering if needed -- confirmation of orders -- deposit payment -- production -- delivery.

3. What's your MOQ ( Minimum Order Quantity ) ?

RTS orders MOQ are only 1 set. OEM orders are according to your demand. If not change the design, only add logo, just need 5-10 pcs. If not, it can be negotiable.

4. What’s the delivery time after I placed an order?

For RTS orders, we delivery the items the day you placed an order, you will receive it after 7-10 days for door to door. For OEM orders, It depends on various products, it can be from 25-35 days. Exact Delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once the order is confirmed.
