INTELLIGENT AUTOMATIC FOLDER GLUER MACHINE

QF-Intelligent automatic folder gluer machine is composed of suction paper feeding

part, gluing and folding part, and stacking output part .

All motors are made of Taiwan Shengbang motors except frequency conversion

motors. Frequency conversion speed regulation, standard PLC touch screen control

(double PLC, double touch screen), the whole machine is electric adjustment, only

need to input three data (length, width, height size) on the touch screen, the

machine automatically adjusted to the position. The operation is simple and reliable.

The maximum speed of gluing box is 180 m / min, and the average speed of gluing

box is 150 m / min; High speed, energy saving and labor cost saving.

Function and characteristic:

1. Suction paper feeding can better adapt to bending cardboard;Frequency

    conversion control, so that the feeding section can be controlled separately, simple

    and reliable operation;

2.It can automatically finish the folding of the upper and lower parts of the tape at

    the same time, saving labor and time.

3. Applicable carton range, different size carton adjustment is simple and direct.

4. The machine running smooth and reliable packing results firmly beautiful.

5. The equipment is simple and easy to maintenance.

6. Automatically correct the carton straight Angle.

Main technical parameters:

1. Installation requirements have 18 x 5 x 4 space. For operation convenient

   production, two side should from the wall 1 meter above the ground flat, and space,

   to do level to adjust mining equipment.

2. This equipment use380V one-way ac power. The power to direct intervention

   distribution box into terminal. Details refer to circuit principle diagram.

3. In commissioning start-up equipment before sure each installation connected

   correctly, chains and belt without foreign matter, functioning normally, ability is

   operation.

Note: the microcomputer interior parameters has set locks, do not do STH without

authorization changes, which could not normal use.
