Structural features:

• The hood suction structure is adopted, and it is equipped with a high-pressure powerful fan. The air suction is equipped with a silencer. The air source and electrical control are concentrated in the same operating cabinet, which is not less than 1.5 meters away from the main machine. The operating side is fully enclosed and fully covered.
• The machine base and wall panels are made of high-quality resin sand castings, and the wall panel thickness is 240mm. Independent gearbox, universal joint transmission.
• The corrugated roller is made of 48CrMo alloy steel, which is quenched and tempered → rough turning → inner hole fine boring → shaft head baking → welding → tempering stress relief → fine turning → rough grinding → medium frequency quenching → CNC grinder fine grinding → tungsten carbide treatment; the diameter of the corrugated roller is ¢ 360mm, and the surface hardness is above HRC60 degrees. The bearings of the key parts of the roller and pressure roller are Havalo bearings.
• The pressure roller is ¢ 370mm, the surface is ground and chrome-plated; the air pressure controls the up and down movement, and the material is medium carbon steel No. 45, quenched and tempered (with a buffer device).
• The glue roller unit adopts an integral skateboard structure, which can be moved out of the machine for maintenance during maintenance, which improves work efficiency; the glue roller has a diameter of ￠252mm, and the surface is polished and engraved with 25 lines of pit-type mesh processing and then hard chrome-plated. The surface of the scraper roller is polished and hard chrome-plated.
• The glue coating unit can be moved as a whole, and the replacement of the glue roller is quick and convenient.
• The spray humidity adjustment device is used to keep the corrugated flute type in good deformation stability and avoid cracking.
• The automatic circulation glue supply system and diaphragm pump glue device are used, which have good buffering effect
• The main power is driven by a variable frequency motor, which is energy-saving and efficient, with a low failure rate.
• The glue width is electrically adjusted to adapt to all base paper width changes.
• Both the corrugated roller and the pressure roller adopt a double cylinder pressurizing device, which works stably;
• The preheating roller adopts a seamless steel pipe of φ400mm produced by Tiangang, all connected with metal hoses
• The glue amount is electrically adjusted. The touch screen displays and operates, and the glue gap is transmitted through the encoder with high accuracy.
• The power and operating parts are equipped with safety nets to ensure the safety of personnel when the machine is running.
• Modular structure, the tile roller assembly and the glue coating assembly can be quickly replaced.
