• The pressure roller is ¢415mm, the surface is ground and chrome-plated; the air pressure controls the up and down movement, and the material is medium carbon steel No. 45, quenched and tempered.
• The glue roller unit adopts an overall external moving structure, which can be moved out of the machine for maintenance during maintenance, which improves work efficiency; the diameter of the glue roller is ￠270mm, and the surface is polished and engraved with 30 lines of pit-type mesh processing and hard chrome-plated. The surface of the scraper roller is polished and hard chrome-plated.
• The glue coating part can be moved as a whole, and the replacement of the glue coating roller is quick and convenient.
