Functions and Characteristics:

This machine consists of a motor base, a pressing frame, an electromagnetic clutch transmission mechanism, and an electrical control system. The motor is located on the right side of the back of the machine and is driven by a V-belt to reduce the speed. It drags the flywheel to run. The electromagnetic clutch connects the flywheel and the transmission shaft. The operation or braking of the transmission shaft is controlled by the electromagnetic clutch's engagement and disengagement. After the transmission shaft runs, it is decelerated by the reduction gear speed change system, so that the crank wheels at both ends of the main shaft rotate at a low speed, which drives the connecting rod to drive the transformer frame to do reciprocating swinging motion, and completely completes the task of creasing and cutting.

It has a three-step paper skipping function, and the aluminum foil can be forward or reversed, and the computer controls the heating uniformly.

This machine has four insurances and four functions. Insurance: gantry insurance, triangle insurance, handle insurance, and light-controlled automatic insurance, which is safer and more reliable. Functions: single cutting, delay, continuous, and counting.
